Standard Tour
Our Standard Tour is a completely private, two-hour adventure designed for you and your group to experience Xtreme Exotics Wildlife Foundation like never before. Priced at $310 for up to four people (with the option to add additional guests for $75 per person), this guided walkthrough takes you across our beautifully landscaped sanctuary as you learn the stories, behaviors, and conservation needs of our animal residents. Along the way, you’ll enjoy hands-on interactions with a variety of species—including reptiles, birds, deer, armadillos, horses, and more—making this an unforgettable and educational wildlife experience tailored just for you

Platinum Tour
Our Platinum Tour is our most immersive and unforgettable experience, lasting 3½–4 hours and priced at $565 per person. This premium private tour includes everything offered in our Standard Tour—plus so much more. Guests enjoy exclusive, up-close interactions with some of our most captivating residents, including our bobcat, serval, caracal, kangaroos, and anteater. You’ll get the rare chance to tong-feed our lynx and feed our otters through the safety barrier, before stepping inside to hand-feed our sloths—a guest favorite moment. Designed to be fully hands-on and deeply educational, this tour offers an all-access experience into the lives of our exotic animals. Please note: this tour is restricted to guests 10 years and older to ensure safety for both visitors and animals.

Nursery Room Encounter

Get ready to meet some of our tiniest residents!
Our current babies include:
• Raccoons
• Opossums

• Kangaroo
• & possibly a few extra surprise guests 👀
These encounters are the perfect chance to get up close, learn, and experience the magic of wildlife during one of the sweetest times of the year.

✨ Mixed group setting (up to 6 guests per session)
✨ $55 per person (children & adults are the same price)

• Babies may change weekly as they grow — nothing stays little forever!
• This experience does NOT include a facility tour
• No free roaming of the property is allowed
• All children must be respectful and follow instructions. Any guests who do not will be asked to leave without a refund.

Otter & Kangaroo Encounters are back
Join us for a 30-minute interactive animal encounter featuring our otter and kangaroo ambassadors. This experience is offered at a discounted rate as a mixed-group activity, allowing multiple guests to participate together while still ensuring meaningful, hands-on time with each animal. Our staff carefully manages the experience so every participant receives adequate time to interact, learn, and ask questions with both the otter and kangaroo. ⚠️ Please Note:
- This experience includes ONLY the otter and kangaroo encounter
- No facility tour is included
- Tours are not conducted on single-encounter days
- CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PAYING ADULT
This encounter is perfect for guests looking for a shorter, animal-focused experience without a full tour of the property.
